Information processed as part of an active, contracted client engagement may also be governed by a separate written services agreement, data-processing terms, or other applicable agreement between Surge & Scale and the client.

Depending on the page and services enabled, providers may include:

• HighLevel and LeadConnector for website or funnel functionality, forms, customer relationship management, scheduling, email, telephone, and SMS infrastructure.
• Meta for advertising, conversion measurement, campaign attribution, and related advertising technologies.
• Google for services such as business email, calendar, scheduling support, video meetings, analytics, or related business infrastructure where enabled.
• Website hosting, domain, security, cloud, telecommunications, analytics, professional, and payment providers used in the ordinary operation of our business.

These providers may receive information that is reasonably necessary to perform services for us or may collect information through technologies they operate directly. Their independent handling of information may also be governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

5. Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies

Surge & Scale's public business-development websites and services are intended for adults, business owners, authorized decision-makers, and professionals.

They are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through our business application funnels.
